Design Pricing Packages
I offer three packages for WordPress website design projects. All three options include an initial discussion about your target market, how you measure success, your timelines, and the project deliverables. The websites I build are easy for your customers to navigate, find the information they need, and help you hit your business goals!
Click a level below to review the package options and to pick the one that best fits your website needs.
BRONZE PACKAGE
Bronze Package: $2,200
The Bronze Package is for small websites that simply need to convey information to their audience. The design will be customized to your brand colors, imagery and logo. With this package, I will:
- Install WordPress onto your hosting server
- Customize a WordPress theme for responsive website
- Create up to 6 pages for your website
- Create 1 email form with recaptcha to block spam
- Install SEO, security, backup, and Google Analytics plugins on the site
- Input basic SEO titles and meta description onto each page
- Setup redirects from old site pages (if applicable)
- Host a 30 minute screenshare training session
- Client responsibilities: Setting up hosting, registering domain name
- Does not include: Repointing DNS, SSL certificates, conferring with tech support or other hosting issues
SILVER PACKAGE
Silver Package: $4,300
The Silver Package* is geared towards slightly larger websites that need a bit more oomph to them. This package includes all items from the Silver package then adds in an additional email form, a signup form to add visitors to your email list, a social plugin so your posts display correctly on social media, additional training and support, and more. With this package, I will:
- Install WordPress onto your hosting server
- Customize a WordPress theme for responsive (aka: mobile-friendly) website
- Create up to 12 pages for your website
- Design slider of up to 4 images on the home page
- Create 2 email forms with recaptcha to block spam
- Setup 1 email signup form that writes to your email application database(ie – MailChimp or Constant Contact)
- Install SEO, security, backup, and Google Analytics plugins on the site
- Input basic SEO titles and meta description onto each page
- Install OpenGraph plugin for social media; setup social excerpt and image for home and about pages
- Create redirects from old site pages (if applicable)
- Submit website to Google & Bing upon launch
- Host a 1 hour screen share training session and link to theme documentation
- Provide 1 hour of website or design support after site is launched
- ekMEDIA will setup hosting (if necessary)
- ekMEDIA will setup domain name (if necessary)
GOLD PACKAGE
Gold Package: $10,000
The Gold Package* is for the ‘cream of the crop’ website. Does your site have a lot of pages, need additional functionality, or do you want more support? Then this level is for you. This package includes all items from the Silver package then adds in a photo gallery, additional support time, SSL certificate setup, creating an email blast to announce your new site, creating social media images for your initial announcement, and more. With this package, I will:
- Create up to 30 pages for your website
- Install WordPress onto your hosting server
- Customize a WordPress theme for responsive (aka: mobile-friendly) website
- Design slider of up to 4 images on the home page
- Create photo gallery of up to 30 images and descriptions
- Create 3 email forms with recaptcha to block spam
- Setup 1 email signup form that writes to your email application database
- Install SEO, security, backup, and Google Analytics plugins on the site
- Setup Google Analytics account for client and insert script into website
- Input basic SEO titles and meta description onto each page
- Install OpenGraph plugin for social media; setup excerpt and image for home and about pages
- Create redirects from old site pages (if applicable)
- Create Webmaster Tools account
- Submit to Google & Bing upon launch
- Host a 1 hour screen share training session and link to theme documentation
- Provide 2 hours of website or design support after site is launched
- ekMEDIA will setup hosting
- ekMEDIA will setup domain name
- ekMEDIA will help get SSL certificate installed by host company
- Will create redirects from http to https for URL, links and images
- Create 1 email blast via your email application to announce your new website.
- Create post image and text for Facebook and LinkedIn announcement of new website
*Additional functionality can be added to the Silver and Gold plans upon request. Time and cost for additional functionality will be added to the project price.
